    View is awesome. Right on lake Huron. Slept like a baby with the rushing sound of water.

    The balcony overlooking the old dam was pretty neat but that was the only thing I liked here.

    It's an older motel, but the owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views and pet rooms are by the dam. Makes a great view and nice white noise to keep them quiet too.

    Very nice view of the lake with a beach.

    Room on check in at times had old cloths/towels and soaps in the bath room. Seems to have quite noisy regular guests. Heat is turned off during the day by maids making it a chilly return in the evenings.

    The furniture adorning the common areas looks like it was thrown away from my high school 30 years ago.

    Good view of rapids and nice place to sleep.. no luxury in room. No tub for bath. Only shower, bed,microwave, coffeemaker and had smoking room that is rare to find when you're a smoker

    Again the owner seemed very nice but could spend a small dollar amount to enhance the feeling here.

    The carpet was so dirty looking I put the bed comforter on the floor while I walked around.

    I found the owner to be friendly. I stayed here at the end of a long motorcycle ride. The room was old and in bad need of a renovation.
