  Rooms are clean but noise can be heard between rooms easily. Hotel in under Management again that has raised rates and is not flexible or accommodating. A 48 hour cancellation policy is ridiculous. Big chains do not even want this much time. We stay at the new Hilton in Sudbury with pool and many amenities for the same and sometimes LESS than what the new price is for Lakeview. $119 a night is too much for no amenities and TransCanada highway out you front door.

  We have stayed here twice a year for years visiting family but will no longer stay here. Lauzon Cottages and B&B will be our new go to. Unfortunate because Lakeview was central to everyone we wanted to visit, clean and was reasonably priced.

  Is there a review below 1 star cause that was my experience at this Motel and the only way to post this is to at least give it a 1 star. The mattresses on the beds sank towards the middle, the only way we received cable was to go to the office after we tried to turn the TV on only to get "Weak Signal or No Signal" flashing on the TV and complain about it. Was charged an additional $100.00 cause an empty cigarette pack was left in the one and only garbage in the room, the bathroom.

  Keurig coffee and cookies in room are a nice touch but i had bad luck with very noisy neighbors very late into the night. Beds are comfortable, maybe i will bring ear plugs next visit as i dont like being woken up at 3 am.
